We seek an energetic and driven Appointment Setter to join our team at the Stoddard Agency. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for proactively setting sales appointments for the Director of Business Development. This position is crucial for filtering through our pipeline, identifying qualified prospects, and setting appointments to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate a minimum of 30 calls per day using ConversionAmp to achieve weekly and monthly targets
- Diligently follow up with inbound leads to assess their qualification and move them further along in the sales pipeline
- Utilize the specified calendar link to set at least 5 qualified appointments per week and 20 per month
- Accurately log the outcome of each call or message in HighLevel to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
- Proactively reach out to prospects on the Dream 100 list through various channels like email, text, and social messaging
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or lead generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software such as HighLevel and ConversionAmp
