Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase account growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure client needs are met.
- Analyze and report on client performance metrics, using data to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage client projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status and progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
