As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting and optimizing various visual assets. You will work with our marketing professionals to create branding & identity, digital design, print marketing design, video editing, and maintaining quality & consistency across all visual elements. Your role will be pivotal in elevating brand identity, supporting marketing campaigns, and enhancing client engagement for the agency and its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design logos, brand kits, and complete branding materials to establish and maintain a cohesive visual identity for both the agency and its clients
- Create visually engaging social media posts, blog headers, website graphics, and PPC ad designs in various formats to support digital marketing campaigns
- Develop print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, and business cards to support offline marketing initiatives
- Edit and produce video content for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all visual assets, while collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in video editing and project management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and design trends
