We seek a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will play a critical role in driving our business development efforts and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads into our sales pipeline. This position will report directly to the Marketing Manager/Coordinator and will be responsible for executing cold outreach campaigns, managing prospect list data, and setting up monthly webinar promotions, among other tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and clean up the prospect database
- Develop a Dream 100 Prospect list
- Manage cold outreach system
- Configure and manage landing pages and follow-up campaigns
- Syndicate content across various social media platforms
- Conduct direct outreach to prospects via social media and email
- Set up and manage monthly webinar promotions
- Aim to set at least 15 qualified strategy sessions per month
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or Sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM software, preferably HighLevel
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented and organized
