The Stoddard Agency is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition primarily within the Automotive Restylers and Home Services sectors. This role is geared towards individuals who are skilled in consultative sales and have a deep understanding of the industry landscape. You will work closely with the Director of Business Development to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultative sales meetings with prospects to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Answer inbound sales calls and emails, gathering necessary contact information and initiating lead follow-up sequences where appropriate.
  • Make a minimum of 25 outbound touches (calls, social engagements, etc.) to our warm list of Automotive Restylers and Home Services business owners each day.
  • Diligently follow up on all inbound leads, including those who have requested one-on-one meetings, downloaded guides, or registered for webinars.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets of 5+ new clients with a net billing of $10K+.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably in the Automotive Restylers and Home Services sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Compensation:

Salary: $50,000+ first year ($30,000 Base + Commissions)
