We seek a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing organic social media activities for our agency and our clients. This role focuses on visual content and community engagement to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize organic social media campaigns for our agency and clients.
- Utilize and adjust written content provided by the Content Creation team.
- Responsible for graphic design and image/video editing to enhance the visual component of social media posts.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on social media channels to build a strong community and customer relations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate monthly reports to gauge the effectiveness of organic social media campaigns.
- Identify well-performing organic posts that could be turned into paid advertising campaigns, and collaborate with the Head of Digital Advertising as needed.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service, to align social media strategies and campaigns with overall company and client goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management.
- Proficient in graphic design and image/video editing software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
